Instructions
- Heat the Water: Warm water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Avoid boiling.
- Mix in the Honey: Stir in honey and whisk gently until fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
- Cool & Store: Let cool to room temperature, then transfer to a glass jar or squeeze bottle.
- Use & Enjoy: Add to drinks, dressings, and more! Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Notes
- Adjust the ratio for different thickness:
- 1:1 ratio (honey to water) = thin syrup for cocktails.
- 2:1 ratio = thicker syrup for drizzling over desserts.
- To prevent crystallization, add a few drops of lemon juice.
- Infuse with herbs (rosemary, lavender) or spices (cinnamon, ginger) for extra flavor.
