- For the base: 1/2 cup ranch dressing or creamy garlic sauce
- Toppings:
- 2 cups thinly sliced dill pickles
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Optional extras: Red pepper flakes, drizzle of pickle juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Layer the dill pickle slices evenly, followed by bacon bits if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh dill. Slice and serve immediately!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
- Want more spice? Add jalapeños or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
