Delicious Banana Brownies: The Best Brownie Recipe with 3 Ingredients

These Banana Brownies are rich, fudgy, and packed with chocolate flavor. Made with peanut butter and cocoa powder, they’re a healthy treat that’s also vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free!

  • 3 ripe banana
  • 120 grams creamy peanut butter  (1/2 cup)
  • 50 grams cocoa powder (1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth. Once mashed, add peanut butter and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder, stir, and then transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake the Banana Brownies in the preheated oven for 22 to 30 minutes (mine took 27 minutes). Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the brownies by adding chocolate chips or a pinch of salt.
  • For nut-free brownies, swap peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or tahini.
  • These brownies can also be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
